We released Exportable Reports to fix that!
Beyond automatically scrapes your portfolio data for the most up-to-date versions of your properties’ settings and prices and with the simple click of a button, generates and downloads the reports you wish to zero in on, in a matter of seconds.
All Exportable Reports can be found by navigating to the Accounts menu tab and selecting Exports.
Here is a peek at a few of the actionable data that are now accessible:
Annual Settings Export
Includes Base and Minimum Price, Annual Minimum Stay, Extra Guest Fees, Annual Changeover Days, Gap Fill settings, Listing Notes, Enabled status, and more.
Seasonal Minimum Stays
Includes all past and future Seasonal Minimum Stay rules.
Seasonal Minimum Prices
Includes all past and future Seasonal Minimum Price rules.
Last Minute Discounts
Includes proximity-based discounts and premium rules for each listing.
