We Built Ways to Customize Your Pricing Strategy
Reservation Gap Adjustments give you the flexibility to automatically make gap prices more competitive to help them get filled or to add a premium where gap demand may be high or filling gaps will strain operations. Gap Fills automatically adjust changeover or check-in days to help you fill spaces in your calendar.
We Made it Easier to Manage Portfolios at Scale
Grid View gives you one dashboard to assess your entire portfolio and take action at scale. It’s easy to identify open calendar slots, edit reservation gaps, apply last-minute discounts, and more.
Measure Your Performance Versus the Market and Take Action
We added more data and analytics tools to Insights, our business intelligence tool. It’s easy to see how you're pacing against previous years or versus the market, identify trends or issues, and course correct. Try drilling down with the new Lens View!
We Added Flexible Booking Options on our Direct Booking Websites, Signal
The way guests book vacations has evolved and so should your direct booking engine. We added the ability for guests to find and book your listings with flexible date search and filter by amenities (ie: pet friendly, hot tub).
We Launched a Channel Manager!
We built our new channel manager, Relay, to give you one place to manage listings and pricing across booking websites without the extra admin work. Plus, Relay helps drive revenue to your most profitable channels with Dynamic Channel Markups.
We Started Calling Barcelona Home (and Learned Spanish and French!)
Our Barcelona offices opened last summer, enabling us to better support European markets and customers. Plus, Beyond’s tools are now available in Spanish and French.
We Built Even More Integrations
