They can also filter on items like number of bedrooms and mile radius (1 to 20 miles) for more control over the listings that are added as comps. More filters, such as amenities, ratings, etc. will continue to be rolled out in the coming months. And to gain a deeper understanding of other similar properties in their market, Beyond users have the ability to click on each property to see its’ Airbnb page.
